Why Lay Flat Hose
Lay-flat hose is used to convey high volume of liquid substances or water. Types of lay flat hose
There are two types of lay-flat hose. The first type of lay-flat hose is made of twisted support like the hydraulic and the garden hoses. The support system decides the strength of the explosion. That is why the thickness of the hose wall must correspond with the strength that is being applied. If the hose is pulled very hard and there is insufficient tensile strength, the cords of the hose would cut across the stretched hose causing the hose to start peeling off.
The other type of hose is the C hose. It is produced by the Yuko Hose. This hose consist of an intertwined support made from high-tenacity polyester. This hose has a support like that of raising a sling. Considering the fact that the support is intertwined, it can withstand high strength of explosion and tensile strength. Thermoplastic polyurethane is thrust via the intertwined jacket using the weave extrusion. This provides a strong integrated cover that can withstand excessive strength and hydraulic efficiency. The intertwined design makes this hose better than the other type in terms of pressure and tensile strength.
