POTABLE WATER LAYFLAT HOSES
The potable water hoses are fabricated from extruded thermoplastic polyether found in the polyurethane (TPU). They are absolutely durable. Its support system is formed from spun circular thin strands of polyester fleece. The extrusion process results in the strong bonding of the covers and also firmly covers the spun polyester. This hose is certified by the standard USA NSF 61
It is used to supply water to pipelines and water mains. Furthermore, it acts as an emergency water supply medium used to transfer and test water flushing from delivery water tankers in construction sites.

The TPU materials used in fabricating this water hose is highly resistant to chemicals and ultraviolet radiations. Its outstanding abrasion features makes it very easy to move the thin and light hoses with large diameters to areas affected by disaster without destroying the hose.
The round spun strands of polyester yarn ensures that the strands are properly entangled, thereby increasing its pressure and tensile strength. The entangled weave also ensures that the length of the hose does not exceed 2% when pulled or under pressure. This also reduces the twisting of the hose.
Potable water lay-flat hoses operate within a temperature range of -50 degrees Celsius to +75 degrees Celsius and can be operated intermittently at +80 degrees Celsius.
